BEFORE WE BEGIN

Good questions.
Clear answers.

What should I share to get started?

Send your project type, required drawings, available files and target date. If your scope is still taking shape, share what you have and we can identify the missing inputs.

Can you support an existing project team?

We can discuss a defined drawing package or ongoing support alongside your team. Share your standards, coordination arrangements and upcoming workload so responsibilities can be agreed.

Do you guarantee authority approval?

No. Authority decisions remain with the relevant authority. Our role is to prepare and coordinate drawing documentation against the agreed scope and applicable requirements, including agreed revisions.

Do you provide 4D and 5D BIM?

Yes. Alongside modelling and coordination, Al Mehana supports 4D sequencing and 5D cost-related workflows. Model detail, inputs, software and deliverables are defined for each project.
